Alma Soprano Titanium has several clear advantages over classic hair removal lasers:

ALEXANDRITE 755 nm, DIODE 810 nm and an additional third wavelength are combined in one probe.

How many treatments are necessary?
The number of treatments with the Alma Soprano Titanium laser is individual and depends on:

In practice, most patients undergo 4 to 8 treatments, with the recommended intervals:
- body: every 6 to 8 weeks
- face: every 4 to 6 weeks
After a series of treatments, maintenance treatments are performed at longer intervals if necessary.

Increased hair loss is observed 10 to 14 days after the first treatment, and up to 30%.
The new hairs that appear are rarer, thinner and lighter, and with repeated treatments their number gradually decreases.

Treatment course:
- the skin is cleansed, if necessary, any creams or deodorants are removed
- a protective gel (hydrogel) is applied to the treatment area
- the laser handle is placed on the skin and moved in a continuous motion over the treated area
- during the treatment, a slight cooling sensation is felt due to ICE Plus technology and occasional mild stinging or warmth
Most patients describe the treatment as pleasant warmth with brief moments of light pinching.
The treatment does not require recovery, and it is possible to return to normal activities immediately after epilation, while respecting the basic instructions.
Preparation for laser hair removal
Basic instructions for preparation:
- 3 to 4 weeks before treatment, stop all methods that pull hair from the root (wax, sugar paste, epilator, tweezers)
- 2 to 3 weeks before treatment, avoid intense sunbathing and solariums
- no application of body lotion, oils, deodorants, perfumes, makeup, self-tanning products on the day of treatment
- 14 days before treatment, avoid anti-aging creams containing retinol, retinoids and higher concentrations of vitamin C on the area to be treated
- the area is shaved according to instructions (usually 24 to 48 hours before treatment)
- in the case of a fresh cut while shaving, the treatment is postpones
Any change in health status and any new medications must be reported before the next epilation.
