Maderotherapy

Maderotherapy – Effective Anti-Cellulite Massage with Wooden Rollers

Maderotherapy is a type of anti-cellulite massage performed exclusively with specially designed wooden rollers and tools. The foundation of this technique is lymphatic stimulation, which represents the first step in effectively reducing cellulite. This highly effective method originates from Colombia, where wooden rollers were traditionally used to help maintain skin firmness and tone. The term “Maderotherapy” comes from the Spanish word for wood – “madera.”

Maderotherapy is an ideal solution for individuals struggling with cellulite, while also providing positive effects on the entire body. The treatment visibly reduces the appearance of “orange peel” skin, supports body detoxification, improves body contouring, reduces body circumference and swelling, stimulates metabolism and fat burning, and enhances skin tone.

Maderotherapy Procedure

To ensure a comfortable and effective treatment, an anti-cellulite oil is first massaged into the skin. The treatment begins with a smooth wooden roller to allow the body to adapt to this type of massage. A textured roller is then used to stimulate circulation, followed by specially carved rollers designed to target deeper skin layers.

Repeated rolling movements apply continuous pressure to cellulite and fat deposits. This process stimulates the lymphatic system, helping the body eliminate toxins. By supporting toxin release, metabolism becomes more active, circulation improves, and the body naturally assists in reducing cellulite through the urinary and digestive systems.

Maderotherapy is generally performed every other day, with the first visible results often appearing after several treatments. For longer-lasting results, three treatment cycles of ten sessions each are recommended.
