Dorian Kršul dr. med. FEBS

Dorian Kršul is an abdominal surgeon and a member of the Dea Clinic team. He graduated from the Faculty of Medicine in Rijeka and completed his specialization in abdominal surgery at the Rijeka Hospital Center. His narrower area of interest is coloproctology (benign and malignant diseases of the small and large intestine, rectum and anal canal, and functional pelvic floor diseases) and laparoscopic and minimally invasive surgery. He is a member of the European Coloproctological Society. He passed the coloproctology exam before the European Board of Surgery and earned the title of Fellow of the European Board of Surgery (FEBS). He regularly participates and presents papers at international congresses and has been an invited lecturer on several occasions. He regularly educates himself on new surgical, especially coloproctological, techniques. He was part of the team that was the first in Croatia to place the so-called “anal pacemaker” for the treatment of fecal incontinence.
